Sharon Cao founded LuxoStays after a career spanning hospitality management and construction — two industries that gave her an unusually complete understanding of what makes a rental property truly work. She knows what guests expect from a great stay, and she knows how to build and maintain the spaces that deliver it.

A UC Berkeley graduate, Sharon has spent over 8 years refining a management approach that treats every property as a personal investment worth protecting. Under her leadership, LuxoStays has grown to 43 curated homes across the Bay Area, maintaining a 4.8-star average across all platforms.

Sharon built LuxoStays to serve the Bay Area's diverse community of homeowners — which is why the team communicates fluently in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Tagalog.
